Chess Club has moved!

The Gravenhurst Chess Club has now moved to TeaBeards In Gravenhurst. Still on Tuesdays, starting at 6:30.

The Chess Club will now be held on Tuesday nights between 6:30 and 8:30 at the Arts at the Albion gallery.

Gravenhurst Chess Club Meets every other Monday for casual chess playing at the Arts at the Albion Gallery Classroom. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Basic instruction provided if neccessary. The next chess event is scheduled for Monday, April 7 at The Arts at the Albion Gallery Classroom between 6:30pm and 9pm. The Gallery is located at 100 Muskoka Road North. On the corner of Bay St. and Muskoka rd North, across from the post office. Drop ins are welcome. If you find the door locked, you can gently tap on the class room window or call/text me at 645-0761. Opeing Day!

I had been thinking about starting a local chess club for a while now and with some encouragement from friends it's finally a reality. The opening night was on April 7 2014. I have started the club off in the classroom at the Arts at the Albion Gallery classroom.
